Your Zodiac sign may not be same in 2011

With the start of 2011, people all over the world are debating over the zodiac sign change. The way we read our horoscope hasn’t only changed but there is also a 13th sign, Ophiuchus added. Here’s how the signs changed, astronomer Parke Kunkle said the new astrological signs are a result in changes in the Earth’s alignment, which impacted the dates of many zodiac signs.

Capricorn: Jan. 20 – Feb. 16
Aquarius: Feb. 16 – March 11
Pisces: March 11- April 18
Aries: April 18 – May 13
Taurus: May 13 – June 21
Gemini: June 21 – July 20
Cancer: July 20 – Aug. 10
Leo: Aug. 10 – Sept. 16
Virgo: Sept. 16 – Oct. 30
Libra: Oct. 30 – Nov. 23
Scorpio: Nov. 23 – Nov. 29
Ophiuchus: Nov. 29 – Dec. 17
Sagittarius: Dec. 17 – Jan. 20

Does the change apply to everyone??
If you are westerner nothing has changed for you. Sidereal astrology needs to be considered, the sidereal zodiac is based on constellations, so this new zodiac signs change news really only applies to people in the East.
