Yesterday Sachin Tendulkar scored his 45th test century against Bangaldesh. He is regarded as the one of the greatest batsmen in the world. He is the highest run scorer in both Test match and one day international
cricket. He is also the batsman with the most centuries (45 each) in either form of the game. He is the first player to score fifty centuries in all international cricketcombined, now he has ninety international centuries. In Test matches, Tendulkar has scored centuries against all the Test-cricket

Mumbai Indians captain SachinTendulkar has been selected for the best batsman award in IPL Awards ceremony while Deccan Chargers’ Pragyan Ojha bagged the best bowler honour. The IPL-3′s most prolific and exciting batsman, Tendulkar, who turned 37 on Saturday, has 570 runs in 14 matches, including five fifties. However he is still uncertain to lead Mumbai Indians in Sunday’s IPL final against Chennai Super Kings due to his hand-injury. Ojha is the most successful bowler of IPL 3.
