The year 2010 ends leaving some great gadgets behind. 5. Samsung Ominia 7:
With the involvement of Samsung in Windows Phone 7, it revealed the smartphone named Samsung Ominia 7. The 4-inch Super AMOLED display phone came up with a purple aluminum on the back caped with a dark gray polycarbonate at the top and bottom. With its sleek and well-crafted design, the device supported an extended range of connectivity options with 7.2Mbps HSDPA and 5.76Mbps uploads.

Samsung to reveal next-gen AMOLED displays at CES 2011


Samsung has officially announced in a press release that it will be showcasing the new next generationAMOLED displays in Consumer Electronics Show 2011 to be held next week in Las Vegas.  The next generation AMOLED displays will be used in all types of devices including televisions, tablets andSmartphones. These new displays will be made from high quality plastic and according to Samsung, the flexible AMOLED display for mobile phones will be of 4.5 inches having a resolution of 800×480 pixels and will be just 2mm thick. Chances are that the new Samsung Galaxy line up will be featuring these displays.
Next is the larger transparent AMOLED display for televisions and tablets, which is going to be of 19 inchhaving a qFHD (quad Full High Definition) resolution. According to Samsung, it will be capable of providing four times the resolution of 1080p.
