RGV sends legal notices to TV9

TV9, a Telugu news channel has aired a program titled Ram Dhamaal Varma, focusing on RGV’s latest release KSD Appalraju. The program is made on criticizing Varma with few baseless and unlawful accusations. RGV, who has noticed the program, has sent legal notices to TV9 for telecasting such defamatory programme. Varma has released a press statement about the legal proceedings against TV9. "With regard to an extremely derogatory programme done by TV 9 on me titled ‘Ram Dhamaal Varma’ where they have attributed many false quotes to me, of which one example is ‘prekshakulu verri vedhavalu’, I am hereby informing that I am initiating criminal action against TV 9 for defamation with a criminal intent."

DONGALA MUTA RELEASE POSTPONED

‘Dongala Muta’ was all set to hit the theatres on March 4^th but now it got postponed. Director Ram Gopal Varma is planning to release the movie either on March 11^th or on March 18^th. Its not yet finalized. Versatile director Ram Gopal Varma completed the shoot of the movie 'Dongala Muta' in just four and a half days. The movie is considered to be a zero budget film. The shooting of the movie started on 9th February and got completed also. Key roles are enacted by Ravi Teja, Charmi, Ajay and Subba Raju. Other cast includes Lakshmi Prassanna, Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam, Supreeth and Brahmaji.
