If we have to name one person from film industry whom we can’t ignore even after series of duds, it has to be Ram Gopal Varma. Fondly known as RGV or Ramu, he has started off his career in a sensational way. We can actually divide Telugu cinema into two parts, post RGV and pre RGV. That is his stamp on Tollywood.

Ram Gopal Varma even brought a sea change in Bollywood too. Shiva, Satya, Company are only a few of the gems he has made. Of late he has been out of form and was stuck up in extreme experimental mode. Hence, Ramu is failing to live up to his brand name.

RGV - I will go to Mumbai again

Ram Gopal Varma hasn't shelved his ambitious Department. There was much talk that the maverick filmmaker was finding a producer to roll out the movie but it seems he is on course to begin the film in June.

"I am going to make the film with Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Sanjay Dutt post June," Ramu informs.

Interestingly, Sanjay and Ramu will work again after 13 years. Their last film was Daud that also had Urmila Matondkar. Rumour is that they had fallen out bitterly.

Mohan Babu strict warning to RGV

Mr. Discipline of Telugu cine circuit Mohan Babu is known for 'Guru Bhakthi' and his tenderly love towards young artists. More than a strict actor with discipline, Mohan Babu is active personality in controlling the misdeeds and mischief in industry.

Sources say that, Mohan Babu expressed anguish on Ram Gopal Varma and warned him for etching his character with negative shades in forthcoming flick 'Bezawada Rowdeelu'. Although an official declaration is not expected about Mohan Babu starring in this film based on Vijayawada rowdy sheeters, it was Ram Gopal Varma and Puri Jagannath heard wooing him to add senior talent for their project.

'Rakht Charitra 3' ?

Is Ramgopal Varma planning to make the third installment in the RAKHT CHARITRA series? Well, the maverick film-maker may declare that the story he wanted to narrate concluded when Suriya [Suriya] assassinates Pratap [Vivek Oberoi] in RAKHT CHARITRA 2, but looks like the film-maker has left the options open for the third installment of RAKHT CHARITRA. For those who haven't watched the film, the last sequence depicts Vivek's new-born watching Suriya on a news channel, soon after Vivek has been assassinated.

Of course, we are well aware that RAKHT CHARITRA is inspired by a real-life story and there's no scope for the story to continue further, but RGV could spin a yarn - a work of fiction - whereby Vivek's new-born grows up to seek revenge. However, RGV dismisses the talk, when quizzed about the third installment.
